We deal only with Z-Wave-Technology, certified for use in the 868 Mhz IMM band for Europe. This technology is delivered into all countries of Europes. For shipments outside of Europe we want to check the legal situation before accepting orders. Please contact us for details.

Shipment:

We ship to all member countries of the European Union plus Norway and Switzerland. Shipments to other non European countries are possible but subject to individual decision. Please inquire in advance.

Memember of the European Union are Spain, Portugal, France, United Kingdom, Irland, Sweden, Finland, Danmark, Nederlands, Belgium, Luxemburg, Germany, Poland, Czech Republik, Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Hungary, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Greece, Bulgaria, Malta, Cyprus, Italy and Austria.

We ship all goods insured with Global Logistiscs Services. Orders/Payments arriving here before 12.00 noon will be shipped out the same day, otherwise the subsequent day. Shipments are done Monday to Friday. Typical travel times of goods with GLS are  < 24 hours in Germany and < 96 hours in Europe. Extra time for custom clearance to Switzerland or Norway may apply.

In order to KISS (keep it straight and simple) we have negotiated a flat fee for shipment with our logistics partner. We have four shipment zones:

• Shipment cost to Germany is  5,90 € (7.02 € including German VAT)  regardless of size and destination
  
• 12.00 € (14,28 € including German VAT if applicable) is the cost fo all destinations in Belgium, Danmark, France, UK, Luxemburg, Holland, Austria, Poland, Schweden, Switzerland, Slovenia, Czech Republic and Hungary.
  
• 25.00€ (29,95 € including German VAT if applicable) is the cost fo all destinations in Estonia, Latvia, Lithiuenia, Finnland, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Norway, Portugal, Slovakia, Spainm, Turkey, Romania, Bulgaria, Ukrain, Russla and Croatia. 
  
• Charge for all other destinations including Malta, Israel and Cyprus is 50.00 € (59,90 € including German VAT if applicable).  
  

VAT free Delivery to Commercial Clients and Customers outside the EU.

All private customers within the EU we charge German VAT of 19 %. If you are a commercial customer or the billing AND shipment address is outside of the EU please register first, choose the correct country and provide  - if available - a valid Eurpean VAT-ID. You can check your VAT ID against the EU database at http://www.eu-yellow.com/eu_vat_verification.html. If the VAT-ID is valid or you live outside the EU you will see VAT free prices once registered.

We can not provide any VAT refund.

Deliveries to Switzerland

The swiss toll charges 7,6% swiss VAT at delivery. Delivery to switzerland is only possible with a value of goods up to 999 € net. With a value of goods more than 1000 € net extensive custom clearance occurs which we do not provide. Dividing your order into two separate orders is possible though.

Payment Options

We offer various option of payments:Paypal, Sofortueberweisung.de ( available only for bank in Germany, Switzerland and Austria), Credit Card or Cash in Advance. Cash on delivery payments is only possible in Germany and Austria. A surcharge of 6.50 € will be charged by GLS right at delivery.

If you choose "Cash in Advance", your order will be shipped as soon as the invocing amount is in our account .

Returns

Defective Goods can be returned tu us. Please contact us with your inquiry at info@zwave4u.com sop that we can determine the best and most convenient way for you to get a full y functional product. This may be a return to the manufacturer or im most cases a return to us which we will organize for you.
